Print a Certificate for a myHR Learn Course

There are two Print Certificate options in myHR Learn. Make sure to click the option for Print Certificate for the Certification, not the course.

  1. From the myHR Learn homepage, click the Me tab.
  2. Click on the "Learning and Certifications" tile.
  3. Click on the "Filters" link below the tiles to expand your filter options.  Change the "Status" filter to "Completed."
  4. Search for the Course/Certification and click on the name to pull up more information.
  5. Ensure that the training item says Certification and the Progress column says Acquired or Successful.
  6. Click on Print Certificate next to [Name of Course] Certification.
