Withdrawing an employee expense report that's already been submitted

An employee or proxy who prepares an expense report has the ability to revoke the report.

The action button is called Withdraw, and this can only be used (and is only visible) when the report is either awaiting approval from either the employee (if prepared by the proxy) or just before a L1 approval.  After clicking the Withdraw button (located in the upper right), you will need to hit Refresh Approval process
