Correcting timeout errors when logging in through WebSSO
If you leave the Online Passport WebSSO NetID or Duo login page open for five minutes or more, you will get a timeout error message.
You can't just use your browser's back button to try again. Either use a bookmark to attempt another log in or close your browser and start over. If you still get this WebSSO error, try Clearing browser cache and cookies before restarting your browser.
