Requesting administrative rights to Our Northwestern as an alumni volunteer
Admin rights for alumni volunteers who are looking to use Our Northwestern for local alumni engagement can be requested by the staff liaison of the alumni chapter, or an Alumni Relations and Development staff sponsor of a department/program.
- The staff liaison/sponsor for either the alumni chapter or department/program should email ONsupport@northwestern.edu to make this request.
- In the body of your email, provide the full name and email address of the individuals requiring access. If available, include the individual’s CATracks ID.
- Specify which iModules sub-community/GID (ex: NU Club of Austin, School of Communication) the user will need access to as well as which types of admin rights they should be granted (e.g., Event, Forms, and Membership Admin).
- You will receive an email when access has been granted.
