OneDrive: Resolving "Duplicate File" issue post-Migration

This article covers how to self-resolve the Duplicate Files issue that affected some Northwestern Box users.

  1. Visit via your web browser and login using your credentials. This will display the "My Files" view
  2. Open another web browser window (typically Ctrl+N or CMD+N) and visit on this new window. This will display another "My Files" view
  3. Click on the folder "_FromNUBox"

  4. Re-arrange these two browser windows so they are side-by-side
  5. You may now see duplicate content
  6. Any Duplicate files and/or folders under the My Files may be deleted
