How do I get content from the Box account of an individual who is no longer at the University?
During the Box transition project, please send all request to firstname.lastname@example.org asking that Box content that was owned by someone who is no longer at the university, but their box content is still being used by others to be transferred to others for review. In the request, please include the email address of the person who owns the content as well as the email address of the person who will be reviewing the content and to whom the content should be transferred.
If the content reviewer is still using Box and their own individual account has not been transferred to OneDrive, the Box data of the disconnected user will be copied to the reviewer’s account. If the reviewer has already been migrated, they will have to download the Box files and move them to their OneDrive.
