Changing the review owner for the performance excellence form

The PEX admin or current review owner (previous manager) can update the Review Owner by following these steps:

  1. Open the staff member’s review.
  2. Find Review Owner on right sidebar, and click blue button to the right that says CHANGE.
  3. The name of the manager most closely aligned to the employee should show up in this area. If not, please contact consultant@northwestern.edu.
  4. A pop-up will appear with two radio button choices. Select the first one Keep existing comments and/or ratings made by the previous Review Owner.
  5. Select DONE.
  6. Close the review window.
