Switching your personal Zoom account to Northwestern Zoom

If you had a personal Zoom account affiliated with your Northwestern email address, you will be prompted to switch that account to Northwestern's site licensed Zoom account. You have the option to switch your account to the Northwestern Zoom environment or continue to use your own. Support for non-Northwestern Zoom issues should contact Zoom Support directly.

When you log in at https://northwestern.zoom.us, you will see a notice that says:

After accepting the account change, you'll receive an email from Zoom like the one below: 

After clicking the Switch to the new account button, you'll see the message below in your browser:
