Updating phone numbers used by Northwestern's emergency notification system
Northwestern's emergency notification system uses phone numbers from the CAESAR and myHR systems. Use the instructions below to verify or modify your emergency contact phone numbers.
Students
- Log in to CAESAR at https://caesar.ent.northwestern.edu
- Use instructions at https://www.northwestern.edu/ses/students/emergency-information/add-or-update-phone-number.html or https://www.northwestern.edu/ses/students/emergency-information/add-or-update-emergency-contacts.html as appropriate
Faculty and staff
- Log in to myHR at https://myhr.northwestern.edu
- Click Personal Details > Contact Details and modify your phone numbers as appropriate; you may want to include a mobile number for emergency notifications when you're off campus
