Zoom - Authentication Exception

Zoom has the ability to add Authentication Exceptions to meetings and webinars which permits specific individuals (non-Northwestern affiliated) to be added to your secure events.

Zoom meetings and webinars can be secured and limited to only Northwestern Zoom account holders (Northwestern NetIDs).

Each Guest that is invited as an Authentication Exception will receive a unique link permitting them access to the meeting. This link will grant them access to the secure meeting or webinar.   Enter their name and email address(es) and then click Save.
